Robin Shaw, Founder Wine Tourism Australia
Regarded as Australia's foremost wine tourism expert, Robin has an extensive wine and tourism industry background that includes cellar door management, sales and marketing, membership management, strategic planning and experience development. She has worked for some of Australia's leading brands and industry organisations, including Jacob's Creek, South Australian Tourism Commission and Winemakers' Federation of Australia, and is a current board member of Wine Industry Suppliers Australia and Adelaide Hills Tourism.
Robin consults globally on wine tourism and her sharp industry insights and dynamic presenting style has led to her emergence as a highly regarded international public speaker. She has been the recipient of a prestigious Winston Churchill Fellowship to study global wine tourism innovation, after which she developed a suite of industry resources including 'The Australian Wine Tourism Toolkit' and the innovative Wine Tourism Workshop Program which she successfully delivered throughout Australia, South Africa and Chile. She also hosts wine tourism study tours for industry professionals to locations around the world that epitomise best practice and service excellence.

Charlotte Prouse, Destination Marketing Store
Charlotte has been working with tourism regions, wine regions, organisations and destinations to create and implement great destination brands, strategic marketing plans and experience development strategies for the past 20 years.
Charlotte has worked extensively with Tourism Australia since 2005, including undertaking the positioning of 12 of Australia's National Landscapes and as part of the team to develop Experience Development Strategies.
Charlotte has also developed marketing strategies for some of Australia's best know destinations, including the Strategic Marketing Plan 2014-2018 for the Victorian Alpine Resorts and Alpine Coordinating Council, Christmas Island Tourism Association and a Marketing Strategy for NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service. Charlotte was a board member of Tourism Murray River and Riverina Regional Tourism for ten years and more recently developed the brand strategy for the Mildura Riverfront Development, Clarence Valley, Bathurst Regional Council and Snowy Valleys Council as well as the award-winning brand strategy 'Reset Your Senses' and marketing campaign 'Let's Skip Town Together' for Mudgee Region Tourism.

John Stanley has worked with farmers developing farm gate sales in 35 countries since being awarded a Nuffield Scholarship in 1976.
John and his wife Linda, own the award-winning Chestnut Brae in Nannup where they operate their own retail operation on the farm. At the farm they have put their ideas into action with great success.
They are also the authors of the book 'Food Tourism - A Practical Marketing Tool', which is used around the world to help farmers grow the retail aspects of their business.

Jennifer Horne, Tourism Western Australia
Prior to coming to Perth, Jennifer worked in senior marketing management positions in the Financial Services sector in the United Kingdom, for companies such as JP Morgan Asset Management, Aviva Investors and Fidelity Investments.
Jennifer has significant experience in developing and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brands to meet business objects.
Jennifer also ran her own strategic marketing consultancy, working across a broad range of companies and sectors, including financial services, health and tourism.
Since joining Tourism Western Australia six years ago, Jennifer has worked in the marketing division and is now the Director of Strategy and Research, with responsibility for the development, review and ongoing improvement of Tourism WA's strategic direction, corporate and operational planning and research.

Peta Tuck, City of Busselton
Peta has been working at the City of Busselton for 10 years in a variety of roles, joining the Events team in 2012 before stepping into the Coordinator position in 2016.
With the City of Busselton known as the 'Events Capital of WA', Peta works with in excess of 130 events each year to ensure safe, compliant events that add value and excitement to living in the beautiful South West.
She is passionate about events and the positive economic, social and health benefits they bring to the entire community.

Janine Carter, Voyager Estate, Margaret River
As the Manger of Cellar Door & Direct Sales with Voyager Estate, Janine is responsible for the strategic directions, commercial operation and hospitality and tourism experiences at the Estate, therefore creating wine experiences to complement the wide variety of tourism product in the region.
Janine is a current Board Member for the Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association, and as part of Tourism Australia's Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia Program, she has worked on trade-ready wine tourism experiences for Voyager Estate for more than fives years.
Prior to this, Janine worked with the Margaret River Wine Association and as a local journalist, providing her with a solid knowledge of the whole region. Furthermore, she has experience in the New Zealand Wine Industry, events management and 12 years in journalism and PR.

Erin Molloy & Brianne Delaporte, AHOY Management
Erin and Brianne of AHOY management have more than 10 years' experience in event management and destination marketing. They've held management or media roles for Emergence Creative Festival, the Margaret River Pro, Margaret River Gourmet Escape, GoPro World Longboard Championships in China and Margaret River on Tour in Singapore, and worked for key destination marketing organisations in the State, such as Tourism WA and Australia's South West.
Recently, the team successfully managed the inaugural Cabin Fever Festival, held throughout the Margaret River Region in 2017, managing all aspects from creating the brand identity and strategic planning to marketing and event rollout.

Dale Tilbrook, Maalinup Gallery
Dale Tilbrook is a Wardandi Bibbulmun woman from the Margaret River, Busselton area. Her Indigenous tourism and food journey started in 1996 with a small company making returning boomerangs. In 1998 she opened Maalinup Gallery in the Swan Valley, offering authentic Aboriginal art, gifts and souvenirs. Gourmet bush tucker products are a speciality and Maalinup recently opened a small outlet at Yagan Square. Cultural activities are also available at Maalinup.
Education is also an important part of Dale's cultural journey and she works extensively with students of all ages delivering programs through schools and Kings Park and Whiteman education programs. Dale also delivers Cultural Awareness to corporate groups.
Australian native edibles or bush tucker is a particular passion of Dale's and she has spent many years gathering knowledge from her elders and other sources. Dale loves preparing and presenting her food and encouraging everyone to incorporate bush tucker into their everyday cooking.
In 2016 Dale represented Slow Food Swan Valley at the Terra Madre Festival in Turin Italy with two Indigenous students. Dale presented on Australian Native Foods, spoke at Indigenous Terra Madre about local Noongar culture, seasons and food and cooked Australia on a Plate lunch for 100 people.
Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery was recently accepted into Tourism Australia's Discover Aboriginal Experiences program, a collective of quality, authentic Aboriginal guided tourism offerings. This collective is part of Tourism Australia's Signature Experiences of Australia Program that packages and promotes Australia's outstanding tourism products.
Dale is on the following boards and committees; Bushfoods Association of Western Australia (BAWA), Australian Native Foods and Botanicals (ANFAB), Swan Valley & Eastern Region Slow Food Convivium and the Western Australian Indigenous Tourism Operators Council (WAITOC).
