Long-standing FACET member Barry Green of Boronia Farm, Donnybrook, is passionate about sharing tourist information and local stories of the unique places, people and events in the South West Region.

In 2001 he purchased Western Tourist Radio (87.6FM) with the objective of providing a voice for small, primarily tourism related, businesses and community groups. When he's not working on the farm, he is busy interviewing business owners and other interesting and innovative people and shares these engaging stories with locals and visitors to the region through his program.
'It is these unique local businesses, people and events that make the South West such an interesting place to live and visit'.
Currently operating in Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough and Cowaramup, people visiting these major tourism towns can tune in. The program promotes attractions and current events of the local area and also includes a
Local Talent Time segment featuring local artists.

Shed Market located between Dunsborough and Busselton is an example of the creative people that Barry meets.

Barry's other passion is organic farming and using agritourism to remake the connection between farmers and consumers.
Boronia Farm is a 160acre organic farm, nestled within the state forest just outside Donnybrook. It boasts an apple and plum orchard, cattle, a marron farm and an old cottage that was renovated in 1999 for farmstay accommodation.
