Tim Merriman & Lisa Brochu, Heartfelt Associates, USA
Tim and Lisa have extensive experience in the interpretation field and have worked as planners, trainers and curriculum developers in 25 nations and across the USA. They have significant knowledge of natural and cultural interpretation. Tim and Lisa ran the National Association of Interpreters in the US for 25 years. They have co-authored two novels and six interpretive texts. In addition to speaking at the Conference, they will be attending the Field Trip and presenting two Interpretive Workshops.

Jonathan Holloway, Perth International Arts Festival, (PIAF)
Since 2012 Jonathan has been Artistic Director of PIAF, one of the largest and highly respected festivals in the world and the longest running in the Southern Hemisphere. Previously he spent six years as Artistic Director and Chief Executive of the Norfolk and Norwich Festival, increasing audiences tenfold to become the fourth largest city arts festival in the UK.

Alec Coles, OBE, Western Australian Museum
Alec Coles has been Chief Executive Officer of the WA Museum since 2010. He is driving the initiative to build the new State Museum in Perth and aspires to create a museum that is owned and valued by all West Australians and admired by the world. Previously, he was Director of the Tyne and Weir Archives and Museum and in 2010 was recognised for services to Museums in the Queen's Birthday Honours List, being awarded an OBE.
