A descendant of the Ngarluma and Yindjibarndi people, the traditional owners of the coastal and inland areas of the West Pilbara region, Clinton Walker saw the beauty of the Pilbara being overlooked by tourists and wanted to share his culture by offering locals and tourists a unique, hands-on insight into the rich Aboriginal history of his country.
Otherwise known as the ‘Rock Star’ for his rock art tours or the Kimberley Drone Ranger, Clinton’s company, Ngurrangga Tours, mostly operates from Karratha and offers visitors a unique experience of the Pilbara through the eyes of a traditional owner.
