2018 WA Heritage Awards for Professional Contribution Judges’ Citation

As co-founder of the heritage walking tour company Two Feet & a Heartbeat, Ryan Mossny has spent the past decade sharing the history and culture of Perth with tens of thousands of visitors and locals.

Ryan also makes a wider contribution to the heritage sector through his leadership roles with FACET and the Museum of Perth, dedicated to the social, cultural, political and architectural history of Perth. Ryan generously shares his specialist knowledge by consulting to local gov Government and lecturing at TAFE.

Ryan Mossny is the co-founder, owner and operator of Two Feet & a Heartbeat walking tours. Two Feet & a Heartbeat is Perth’s largest and most awarded walking tour company. Over the past 10 years Ryan has personally showcased WA’s history to thousands of visitors and local alike.

Ryan is part of the team that established the Museum of Perth, an organisation that chronicles the social, cultural, political, and architectural history of Perth and currently sits as an executive member of the Board.

In October 2017 Ryan took over as Chair of FACET after two years on the Board.
