Since 1999, FACET has recognised excellence in tourism across multiple categories with the FACET Golden Guide Award, the Student Award, the Tour Operator Award, and the Pat Barblett Medal for individual excellence.

Named after our founder this Award recognises extraordinary personal and professional achievements and contribution by an individual to the cultural and ecotourism industry in Western Australia. This award is open to both members and non-members of FACET.
